Your taste test is somewhat unfair -- Canada has *real* Mars bars, it's only the US ones which are disgusting. In fact, Canada has the dark chocolate Mars bars which were "limited edition" in the UK a couple of years ago, and which to my mind are far superior to the milk chocolate variety.

Just what part of "America" did you find that mars bar......
If it was from the east coast or from anywhere south (you know what Southerners are like) then I concurr.
However, I have done research of my own (not on a web site) of Snickers Bars and have found that the farther west you go, the better they are. Test sites include Vermont, Tennessee, Florida, Alabama,Wyoming, Arizona, New Mexico, California and Oregon.
