Thee Temple ov thee Lemur - Mission to Mars

Building the Mars Lander

Temple technicians worked night and day to build the lander unit. All are volunteers working without hope of payment or recognition.

After literally hours of toil and hard work the lander module is completed and a tired engineer applies the heat shielding to the individual components before assembly. Some say heat shielding each component individually is a mistake. But as our head designer points out, "we wouldn't be doing this if we listened to other people's advice". We can only hope and pray that these measures will be enough to protect the module from the martian atmosphere.

After much toil and effort the exploration rover buggy, "Moose Alpha", is shown off by the proud technical staff.

To the Stars!
