The VISIBLE MARS BAR Project - Introduction
The aim of this project is to learn more about Mars Bars and Milky Way Bars
with the specific goal of comparing U.S. and English confectionery.
The Procedure
- The bar is frozen for several hours to improve the quality of the cuts.
- The bar is photographed, unwrapped, photographed again.
- The bar is sliced into 10mm slices. Best possible with available equipment.
- Each slice is than scanned at 300dpi.
